What Is Our Process of Manufacturing and Supplying Gym Shorts for USA Brands?
Step 01
A thorough understanding of the client’s requirements, or translating tech packs into physical patterns. We invest considerable time in this first step.
Step 02
Fabric sourcing or suggesting alternatives without compromising quality or the final product deliverability. We work with several fabric manufacturers, including Lycra, Fulgar, Teijin Frontier, Carvico, Euro Jersey, and others.
Step 03
Stitching: We discuss the purpose of each garment closely with the client. For a very premium feel, we suggest bonded or seamless welding; for a medium-premium option, we suggest flatlock and coverstitch; and for budget-friendly options, we suggest overlock stitching. At this third stage, we complete the stitching process as per the client’s requirements.
Step 04
Branding: At the fourth stage, once the gym shorts are ready, we move on to branding — including logo printing and attaching labels. We offer DTF/DTG printing, heat transfer, silicone, and screen printing for women’s gym shorts. We also offer sublimation-printed shorts for running, cycling, or club use. Additionally, we offer branded packaging with logos on covers and envelopes.
Step 05
Shipping and Delivery to the USA: We typically use DHL or FedEx for reliable and fast delivery to clients. Our services include both DDP and non-DDP options, meaning we can take full responsibility for delivering products to the client’s final address.
